ORDER PROCESS

I'm very excited that you've decided to have a custom made dress!
Here's what you need to do.

First : contact me so we can discuss your budget, color preference, fabric, any style ideas if you have, stones, etc. I will need to see your figure/shape so if we can't meet in person please send me some photos via
e-mail and send me the measurement chart. Be careful with the measurements because I can't accept returns or exchange for custom made dresses. After I have all the information I need I'll design something just for you and send it to you with the quote for your approval. Just to be safe please contact me at least a month before you'd need the dress. Remember, we can do anything, but in courtesy of other designers, I won't copy any dress, if you like some ideas of other dresses we can adjust them to your design.

 Second : if you like the design with the quote you need to send me the money so I can order stones, fabric and start working on your dress. As soon as I'm ready I'll send your dress (depends on your location it can take up to 2 weeks to get it). If you received the dress please try it on and if there's a major problem send it back to me immediately (I can only accept complaints if they have been made within 24 hours after receiving the dress) but if it's only minor alterations you need I'd appreciate it if you would take it to your local tailor.
